Ordering Instructions and Website Description
Website Ordering:


  1. Click on Log In located in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Enter your Customer Number and Password.
  3. Click Log In
  4. Go to place order located in the menu on the left side of the screen.
  5. Use Search or Browse to find the needed item(s).
  6. Once you have Browsed/Searched for the item, click on the specific item.
  7. Enter quantity needed in the text box provided.
  8. Click the Add to Order button.
  9. To add additional items to the order, use the search or browse function again.
  10. Repeat steps 6 - 9 until the order is complete.
  11. Once the order is complete, click on the Submit Order button.
  12. Choose any of the shipping addresses provided or, if the shipping address is missing, enter the address in the New Shipping Address fields.
  13. Fill in the Contact Name, Contact Phone, Contact Email, PO#, Shio-to PO#, Shipping Method, and any Additional Comments in the spaces provided.
  14. Click on the Submit Order button.
  15. This screen will display an Order Number along with a view of the order just placed. This screen can be printed as a hard copy of the order.

Backorders:


  1. Enter web id & password.
  2. Click on backorders.
  3. At this screen, you will be shown all of the backordered purchase orders.
  4. Click on the purchase order number you are looking for.
  5. You can either show all purchase orders by date or by each purchase order.
  6. This screen will display Purchase Order Number(s) with Tracking Number(s).
  7. Clock on the Purchase Order Number. This will display what was shipped.
  8. Click on the Tracking Number; links to UPS and displays all shipping information.

Order Tracking:


  1. Either shows all purchase orders by date or by each purchase order.
  2. Displays Purchase Order Number(s) with Tracking Number(s).
  3. Click on the Purchase Order Number. This will display what was shipped.
  4. Click on the Tracking Number; links to UPS and displays all shipping information.
