Ordering Instructions and Website Description
Website Ordering:
- Click on Log In located in the upper right hand corner.
- Enter your Customer Number and Password.
- Click Log In
- Go to place order located in the menu on the left side of the screen.
- Use Search or Browse to find the needed item(s).
- Once you have Browsed/Searched for the item, click on the specific item.
- Enter quantity needed in the text box provided.
- Click the Add to Order button.
- To add additional items to the order, use the search or browse function again.
- Repeat steps 6 - 9 until the order is complete.
- Once the order is complete, click on the Submit Order button.
- Choose any of the shipping addresses provided or, if the shipping address is missing, enter the
address in the New Shipping Address fields.
- Fill in the Contact Name, Contact Phone, Contact Email, PO#, Shio-to PO#, Shipping Method, and
any Additional Comments in the spaces provided.
- Click on the Submit Order button.
- This screen will display an Order Number along with a view of the order just placed.
This screen can be printed as a hard copy of the order.
Backorders:
- Enter web id & password.
- Click on backorders.
- At this screen, you will be shown all of the backordered purchase orders.
- Click on the purchase order number you are looking for.
- You can either show all purchase orders by date or by each purchase order.
- This screen will display Purchase Order Number(s) with Tracking Number(s).
- Clock on the Purchase Order Number. This will display what was shipped.
- Click on the Tracking Number; links to UPS and displays all shipping information.
Order Tracking:
- Either shows all purchase orders by date or by each purchase order.
- Displays Purchase Order Number(s) with Tracking Number(s).
- Click on the Purchase Order Number. This will display what was shipped.
- Click on the Tracking Number; links to UPS and displays all shipping information.
